The standing tables are transcribed, not composed, so several carry no source of their own: the shipping list, the post, the price current and the fixed no-report wordings are the paper's own furniture.
The Journals and Force are scholarly editions. Their editorial footnotes and cross-references sit alongside the 1776 proceedings. The proceedings are the record; the notes are modern scholarship and are never cited as period.
The newspapers are the style pool, not the content pool. Where one is cited here it is because the issue reproduced a notice or a reprinted item from it.
